SW-244™ Siloxane

SW-244™ is a heavy duty, DOT grade, ​T​ype II siloxane, concrete surface treatment. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. This way, moisture can never enter the surface deeply enough to cause structural weakness and damage. Note that SW-244​™​ Siloxane is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way. So you never need to worry about staining or other unsightly changes from using this product.

SW-244​™​ Siloxane can be used on most vertical or horizontal, exterior, above-grade surfaces. Coverage rates vary from 100-250 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity and texture. Assess the exact surface area you want to protect, as well as your protectant needs, before determining whether this concrete surface treatment is right for you.
