Merichem Company, a global partner serving the oil and gas industries with focused technology, chemical, and service solutions, announced today the promotion of Mr. Lawrence J. McTague III to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer.

“Larry has made significant contributions since joining Merichem in 2013,” said Kendra Lee, Merichem Chairman & CEO. “Going forward, he will guide key initiatives supporting Merichem’s continued bottom line growth in our global markets.”

Prior to joining Merichem, Mr. McTague held similar positions with Fisk Acquisition, Inc., as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and with Aker Kvaerner as Vice President of Finance.

Mr. McTague holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management (with a Minor in Economics) from Franklin & Marshall College, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Corporate Financial Management) from Pace University.
