Many companies talk about sustainability. For Merichem Technologies, it has been an integral part of our business since its inception. We have been developing solutions to reduce waste, and remove contaminants for our customers for decades. Merichem Technologies provides clients with significant capacity to improve environmental results by removing potentially harmful sulfur and other contaminants from their products. Merichem’s technology platforms remove H2S, mercaptans and other sulfur species using both custom and standard technology designs needed to provide the most benefit for each of our clients worldwide. Our catalysts, chemicals and adsorbents drive the removal of H2S and other impurities as well.

Merichem Technologies is hard-wired for sustainability. With initiatives on every front, we treat fuels or other process streams for mercaptans and sulfur compounds, and install our LO‑CAT® technology to eliminate H2S from gas streams.

Biofuels / Renewables

During the refining process of biofuels and renewables, the removal of H2S is critical. Merichem Technologies’ LO-CAT® and THIOLEX™ are efficient means for treating these streams.
