- Adsorbents (gas treatment):
Merichem Technologies offers a full line of treatment options, both for sale or lease, using our own adsorbent line of SULFURTRAP® products. Some of these products will also remove low levels of mercaptans (RSH). This solution is excellent from 0 to 1.5 tons per day of sulfur removed. - Liquid Redox (gas treatment):
Merichem Technologies offers a technology solution, called LO-CAT®, to remove H2S from almost any gas stream. This solution is excellent from 1.5 to 20 tons per day of sulfur removed. This solution, depending on size and requirements, can be sold as a standard or custom designed unit to fit our client’s needs. - Liquids Treating:
Merichem Technologies offers caustic or amine-based solutions, both standard and custom to remove H2S from liquid streams.

Standard and custom mercaptan removal solutions are available depending on flow rate and composition of the stream being treated.

Our AMINEX™ technology can be used as part of a full amine treating system in LNG units to remove amine carryover and provide a final polishing step.
Our AMINEX™ and THIOLEX™ units can also be used to remove carbonyl sulfide (COS) from lighter hydrocarbon streams.
Our NAPFINING™ technology removes naphthenic acids from condensates to prevent serious emulsion issues and formation in your processing steps.
